Alcohol Related License Revocation of Underage Drivers
The law requires DMV to revoke the licenses of underage drivers when one of the following occurs:

  • An underage driver is convicted of Driving While Consuming Alcohol while under the age of 21
  • An underage driver is convicted of DWI
  • An underage driver willfully refuses to submit to a chemical analysis in connection with a DWI

Miscellaneous Underage Driver Revocations

The law requires DMV to revoke the licenses of underage drivers when one of the following occurs:

  • It receives notification from the proper school authority that the underage driver no longer meets the requirements for a driving eligibility certificate
  • An underage driver is convicted of maliciously using an explosive or incendiary device to damage property
  • An underage driver is convicted of conspiracy to injure or damage by use of an explosive or incendiary device
  • An underage driver perpetrates a hoax concerning a destructive device in a public building
  • An underage driver possesses or carries a powerful explosive on to school property
  • An underage driver aids a minor in possessing or carrying a powerful explosive on to school property
